Why I Work in Venture: Working in venture allows me to do what I feel I am best at and what I am passionate about. I am a people person which means I love working with people, meeting people, teaching them, learning from them, understanding what makes them tick, what drives them, what scares them, and what they wish to do with their time on this earth. Through Venture then I am able to support those visions and in turn my own and together we can go far. I’ve always been a firm believer in pursuing your passions so if I can help others do the same then I’ve done what I wish with my time on this earth.
